Campaign: How do you make recycling easier for the business community?

One business's waste product is another's factor of production. A marketplace where businesses can connect to trade, sell and aquire the raw materials they need. Could be enabled by blockchain or similar. A logistics element could be built in, even repurposing current transportation/logistics systems. On a large scale, if businesses were required to find reuse for their outputs before they begin production, we could eliminate surplus waste, plastic pollution and unsustainable production. Could also be used to trade and repurpose surplus inventory, post consumer waste (that businesses encourage people to bring back) and barter raw materials.
