Campaign: How do you make recycling easier for the business community?

It is about setting up a network of local circulabs located in places where the business / industrial density is high (business parks, industrial parks). Their mission would be to recycle, reuse, refurbish what is considered as \"waste\" by business actors. The high business density would make circulabs economically viable either through a subscription business model or a performance-based approach (% on savings made thanks to waste avoidance).
