Campaign: How can we recycle the plastic garbage patch?

There are a lot of plastic bottles floating on the ocean right now. Why not we used these plastic bottles, co-joined each one of them and build a fisherman boat structure for the fishermen to use for the 3rd world countries? Because plastics float, and with good craftsmanship building the boat using these plastic bottles, not only we can give a new life for the plastic bottles, we can help to eliminate the plastics on the ocean bits by bits by doing this, as well as help the poor fishermen at 3rd world countries to fish on their own and make a living out of it.
