Campaign: How do we promote tourism around preserving sea turtles in their natural environments?

Without proper controls, humans will go beyond the limits in getting out the most out of fishing and tourism activities. By having a distinct floating boundaries on the surface of the ocean (buoyant boundaries), that will indicate a no trespassing zone to all fishermen and tourists and allow these turtles and other sea creatures to breed and live prosperously without human intervention.
